John Bourdage, a wine and food consultant from Buffalo, spent a day with us exploring food pairings for our wines. It was a delicious surprise to discover that walnut and cinnamon flavors (as well as chocolate!) paired beautifully with our Chambourcin Ice Wine, balancing its sweetness and enhancing its red fruit flavors.
