This filling is traditionally used for grape pie, but it is also good swirled in cheesecake for an intense, grapey taste. Produced by Growers' Co-op here in Westfield NY this product is directly grown in the local area and support local family farms. 

Jennifer uses it to make her "not-so-traditional" tart, Blueberry Concord Grape Tart. This recipe is perfect for July 4th and other summer celenbrations. The filling is mixed with eggs to make a custard and fresh blueberries adorn the top.
