This 2023 vintage of our red ice wine, made from Chambourcin grapes, has fresh but light berry notes with good acidity. A medium red/rosé colored ice wine with slight apple and cherry notes, in addition to the traditional berry ones.

Capped with a Vino-lok glass cork. Nice affinity when paired with chocolate, walnut and/or cinnamon flavored dessert items. Delicious served with nuts and cheeses.
