2024 Chambourcin
A traditional lush, dry red wine, made from Estate-grown French-hybrid grapes. Excellent with a variety of red meats and game. Also good with chocolate! This vintage is a light, ruby color with an aromatic nose with abundant berry-cherry flavors. The 2022 vintage was the 2025 New York Wine Classic's "Best of Class" for French-Hybrids. The same vintage was also awarded GOLD medals at the 2025 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition & 2025 Los Angeles International Wine Competition.

Fermentation: Split, 85F, Malolactic
Tasting Notes: Berry notes and hint of oak. Crisp with medium body.
Food Pairing: Salmon, pork dishes. Berry desserts, like Blueberry Concord Tart are excellent.
