Made with estate-grown grapes and aged for over a year, outside, in Kentucky oak bourbon barrels. Smooth and decadent with rich notes of vanilla, toffee, and apple spice cake. 

Serve at room temperature (65-70 degrees) with Pecorino cheese, aged cheddar, and/or candied nuts. For dessert, pair with fruit compotes and apple pie.
