Made with estate-grown Chancellor grapes and grape spirits and aged for over a year in Kentucky oak bourbon barrels. Aromatic and spicy with flavors of elderberry jam and vanilla; notes of smoked walnuts linger on the finish.

Serve at room temperature (65-70 degrees) with hard aged cheeses and charcuterie. For dessert, pair with dark chocolate, fruit and nut tarts, and linzer torte.
