This Chardonnay is made from estate-grown "96" Chardonnay. Winemaker, Jeff Murphy, has followed the cold-fermentation with aging with French toasted oak. The resulting Chardonnay has notes of smokey toasted oak and pears with a lingering pear finish. Winner of a Silver Medal at the 2025 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition and by the Beverage Testing Institute.
